Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS 

Returns and corresponding refunds are only accepted for delivered products with defects or damages upon receipt. Only unused and unopened products with manufacturer damage are valid for returns. Wear and tear on packaging such as boxes, seals, canisters and the like are not accepted.

Our return policy lasts 24 hours - If 24 hours have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of our control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.

Within 24 hours from the delivery of products to you, notice of any damages or defects on delivered products should be sent by you back to Boozy. The notice should include: (1) a short description of the issue; (2) proof of damages or defects such as photos; and (3) proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted in cases of failure to send the notice of damages or defects within 24 hours from delivery. 

Within 3 days from the receipt of the notice of damages or defects, we shall notify you whether such products are eligible for return. If the products are eligible for return, we will have a rider pick the products up from you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The products must also be in the original packaging. Defective or damaged products that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set. Please note, we will not accept any returns/ refunds if the receipts are missing.

Sale items and promo items are non-returnable.

REFUNDS (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are not accepted due to incorrect in Address input or Shipping Method selection upon checkout. A 3.5% reprocessing fee will be charged for orders resulting in cancellations such as failure to provide proper identification for bank administrative fees.

Refunds are also not permitted for change of mind. Likewise, refunds cannot be processed if the customer overlooks the stated delivery timeframe at the time of check out, such as provincial orders. If an incorrect shipping method is selected, we can only reschedule the delivery (subject to the appropriate delivery charge).

If products are eligible for return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank’s turnaround time.

For all cash payments, we do not offer refunds. You will receive store credit in the amount of the payment which you can use on the website for any future purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ask@boozy.ph
