THERE’S NO NEGRONI WITHOUT CAMPARI
Easy to make and refreshingly bitter, the Negroni was invented in Florence by a dauntless Italian count who demanded that the bartender replace the club soda in his Americano with gin. It was a substitution that launched a thousand riffs.
How do you mix the perfect version?
Ingredients:
1 Part Bulldog Gin
1 Part Campari
1 Part Cinzano Vermouth 1757 Rosso
Prepare in a rock glass full of ice, gently stir and garnish with orange peel.
